Planting Day

We planted some vegetables and herbs on the deck today.  The kids helped shop and plant their first fairy garden.

Sniff, sniff...

We had a Kindergarten Preview Day at Bamber on Friday.  Families and students were there for about an hour.  Two other kindergarten teachers have their kids coming too, so we had to take some pictures.  These kids have played together since they were babies.  I can't believe Charlie will be a full-time student in a few months.  Time flies, that's for sure!

We went to the camper for the day on Saturday.

We went hiking at Quarry Hill and played frisbee golf on Sunday. 

Flying Kites

Auntie Barb gave the kids kites for Easter.  Luckily the wind is always blowing crazy up here on the hill where we live so we can fly kites anytime!

Charlie's First 5K

Charlie and I went to Winona for a 5K fundraiser today.  I wasn't sure if he would make it the whole way so I let him bring his scooter.  He wiped out shortly after it started so he ended up walking/running a lot of it.  He wanted to go home for awhile after he fell but he stuck it out and finished.  Proud of him!

Storytime

We went to storytime at the library before I left for Seattle.  Characters from one of our favorite authors were there- Elephant and Piggie!
