Sledding and Bowling

We went sledding at Judd Hill and then went to Bowelocity.  Charlie had a birthday party with some family friends so we tagged along.

Fun Run

Claire participated in a Fun Run at her preschool to raise money for the scholarship fund.  I went to cheer her on as she ran 35 laps for pledges.

Baseball

Charlie has been going to indoor baseball on Saturday mornings. They work on skills and practice hitting.

Snow Day

There wasn't school today.  We got a bunch of wet, sticky snow so the kids had fun playing outside and inside too!

The girls dressed up and played Barbies.  The boys had a Nerf gun war and made Quixels.  They all watched movies and had some snow ice cream.

Ice Skating on the Oval

The weather was perfect for some Winterfest skating at Soldiers Field.  We skated, made s'mores and had hot chocolate in the igloo.

We went skating after school today.  I thought Claire would be done after about 5 minutes but she loved it and did way better than I thought she would!

Hockey

Charlie and some friends braved the cold to play a little hockey with his new skates.
