Tea Party/Nerf Gun War

Claire had some girls over for a tea party and Charlie had a Nerf gun war with the boys at the park.

Pool Babe

We went to the Stewartville Pool for the first time.  It was really nice until a dark cloud down-poured on us after a couple hours.  We had fun, though!

Season Over!

Charlie finished another season of baseball.  The kids had a water balloon fight with the coaches and a pizza party where Charlie got a trophy and award.  He got the "Golden Bat Award" for always swinging the bat with all his might!

Oxbow

We went to Oxbow and had a picnic on Monday morning.

Charlie spent most of the time almost falling into the tadpole pond.

Gooseberry and Split Rock

We took a day trip to the north shore to visit Gooseberry Falls and Split Rock Lighthouse.

Cabin

Just got back from family vacation in Gordon, WI.  The weather was great, the water was warm and plenty of fish were caught.

Quarry Hill Camp

The kids are done with another year at Quarry Hill camp.  It was great as always. Claire liked singing songs and learning about snakes.  Charlie liked catching bugs and going in the cave.

Sponsor Day

The baseball team sponsor came to get a picture with the kids before the game on Tuesday.  They also brought cool sunglasses and treats!

New Bike

Charlie has it all figured out.  Every time you trash a bike you get a new one.  To be fair, he has had his fair share of hand me downs so he got a new one yesterday.

Summer Weekend

We went to a neighbors house for a fire and an outdoor movie on Friday night and then went to the camper for a night.
