Decorating Eggs: The Real Story

It was perfect!  I boiled eggs without counting and it was an even number- eight and eight.  

This would be glorious!  No fighting or fits!  Not even a chance!

Still unsure why she had a massive fit.  She finished first and Charlie still had eggs?  Charlie got to use the Eggmazing spinning thing for more eggs?  Who knows, but this is the real end of every parenting story for people who have more than one child.  Living the dream!

New Truck

When your van starts leaking oil and needs a bunch of work you trade it in for a truck!  Our van was good to us but it was time to move on.

We went to a book signing by one of the kid's favorite authors.  She's a Minnesota girl and is very entertaining to listen to.  It was fun to hear how she came up with some of her book ideas.  The kids got a picture and the teacher in me had to get one, too.
