We've been to the rink a couple times and today I took the kids skating at the reservoir. They loved it! Smooth ice and SO MUCH space.

Successful Invention!
Charlie invented and set a minnow trap weeks ago and there were two in it when he checked yesterday! Who would've thought? 50 degrees and catching minnows in the pond by our house in December.

I had to tell his teacher about this and she asked if he would share about it at their first meeting. This is him READY for the big presentation...

We Love Paws and Claws!
Charlie and I went shopping for some things on the Paws and Claws Christmas List and then dropped them off. We were two days past Phoenix's "Gotcha Day" but close enough, right?! Thanks to Devon and Rosemary for pitching in with us. We had fun picking things out.

Holiday Decorating Day
We got the house all ready for Christmas. Love this time of year!
I got the annual picture in front of the tree and realized they're so big that they had to stand on the sides. Charlie had the idea of hugging the tree. They did all the ornaments this year and they're spread out so nicely.
