We got the house all ready for Christmas. Love this time of year!
It was a little different this year but it was nice. We stayed home and Nick attempted a turkey for the first time. It turned out great! We also had potatoes and gravy, corn, stuffing, rolls and pumpkin bars for dessert. We felt like real adults pulling off Thanksgiving food!
Looking forward to spending time with family next year.
The first decent snow means we had to go and check out the sledding hill across the street from our new house!
I don't think Phoenix, or "Kitkit" as the kids lovingly refer to her, ever goes more than an hour without someone giving her some kind of love. Charlie adores this cat.
Charlie sat with Nick for deer hunting on Saturday afternoon. He loved it and they only saw a couple squirrels.
Charlie played right wing for his first full ice game with refs. The team lost 4-2 but it was pretty fun to be back at the rink cheering on our favorite hockey player (#22 this season).
