Easter Eggs

 We did our eggs on St. Patrick's Day this year.  Just trying to fit everything in before our spring break trip.  Can't wait!

And that's a wrap!

 The boys lost a heartbreaker to end the season.  They tied it up with a couple minutes left in the game and then went to a shoot-out and couldn't pull it off for 3rd place.

Charlie ended the season as the team leader in goals.

Regular season- 14 goals/4 assists

Playoffs- 5 goals

I'm most proud that he learned a lot, busted his butt every game and did things to be a good teammate.  The lessons of sports go way beyond winning and losing.  Way to go #22!

The Birthday Girl Turns EIGHT!

 She had a spa party with a couple friends, a bonfire with our close friend group, shopped at the mall, played some family soccer in the backyard (thanks for the goals, Grandpa and Grandma!) and had take-out supper from Buffalo Wild Wings.  And just like that Claire is eight already!

He's really noticed the sunsets at this house and likes trying to capture them.  We get to see some pretty ones for sure!

Busting Out

A nice day in early March calls for a little bike ride adventure.

Girls Time!

 We had a little get-together for a friend's birthday.  The girls ate Noodles, sat in the hot tub and had ice cream sundaes while the moms got to sit and talk.  The boys were at hockey.  Everyone wins!

 I'm done with both shots!  I hope this is the beginning of the end of this crappy phase in life!

Hockey

 Charlie is leading the team in scoring this season!  I got a photo of his first penalty during the game last weekend. Nick was working the scoreboard too.  Nice little father-son moment.
