Spring Break

 Well, it wasn't a warm, sunny beach but we made the best of it.  We found some fun things to do and made time to relax, too.

Easter Weekend 2024

 We dyed eggs (sadly it was mostly me this year), played a couple games, the kids found their baskets and eggs and then we had brunch at Smoak.  We ended the day lounging at home, watching the movie 127 Hours and hot tubbing. Nice little Easter weekend!

Eagle Bluff

 The 5th graders at Bamber Valley got to spend two overnights at Eagle Bluff.  I went for the day on Tuesday for the high ropes course and an animal signs class.  Cold and very wet but memories made!

Eleven

 Our girl is eleven!  Her teachers tell us she's kind, laid back and no drama.  She saves the spice for us.  Happy Birthday, Claire!

Early Spring Day

 It was a little windy but an overall nice day so we biked around Cascade Lake, played a little ball and tried Mochinut.

Gophers

 Nick and Charlie went to see the Gophers hockey team win while Claire and I went thrifting, shoe shopping and had the pizza she wanted from Mr. Pizza for supper.

Wild Practice

 We all played hooky from school and work to see the Wild practice at TRIA Rink.  Free tickets and definitely worth it!
