Stinkin' CUTE!

I was very excited to dress up Charlie for his kindergarten school picture (much to Nick's chagrin).  The bow tie would be over the top, Nick said.

WRONG!  This toothless, trying too hard to smile kid in a bow tie and a plaid shirt is THE BEST!

New Wheels (Take 2)

After dealing with transmission issues with the Rogue, the run around, and terrible customer service from the Toyota dealer we ended up with a nice, green 2013 RAV4.  So far, so good!

Halloween

Charlie left school early because he wasn't feeling well.  He was feeling so yucky he didn't even care that he had to skip trick-or-treating.  Luckily his sister was a trooper this year and CLEANED UP!

We went to Jarrett and Taylor's birthday party and Charlie tried riding Kirby bareback.  He might have been a little uneasy about it :)

Halloween Festivities

Wednesday was Halloween night at Janet Lang. The girls danced and trick-or-treated in the different studios.

Charlie went to Costume Bingo at school last night.

We went to BOOfest at Century today.  They neutralized monster blood, tried a witch's potion and played lots of different games.

Fall Hike

It was a perfect day at Whitewater.  We hiked up to Inspiration Point on the Dakota Trail this time.  It was a tad bit long for the Claire Bear.  She was DONE by the end and had to get a shoulder ride from her Daddy.

Career Choice Update

Charlie is currently trying to decide between a police officer, a "bone hunter", or an elf on the shelf.  He's over wanting to be a leprechaun (until March probably).

He was SUPER excited when he found some deer bones with his friends this weekend.  His friend, Gwen, told him that if he touched them too much that he would grow deer ears.  I think it's hilarious that he believes her and washes his hands whenever he touches them.
